CUSTOMER AND SUPPLIER INFORMATION

OBJECT: INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 OF EU REGULATION NO.2016/679.

1. Data Controller.
The Data Controller of your data is the LANULFI group companies.

2. Purpose of processing.
All data will be processed exclusively for the performance of our contractual relationship, as well as for administrative and accounting purposes and for legally required records.

3. Method of processing.
Data will be processed by individuals authorized to process them, within the limits of their respective skills and duties and properly trained in data security.
Processing may take place in paper, automated and/or computerized form, including through the use of telematic networks, in compliance with the provisions of Art. 32 of the EU Regulation.

4. Provision of data.
In any case, we inform you that, in order to be able to obtain a correct provision of the services requested from us and to allow us to fulfill the related contractual and legal obligations, the provision of the requested data is indispensable: any refusal to provide such data or failure to consent to their subsequent processing, therefore, may result in the total or partial impossibility for us to provide the services requested and to fulfill our legal obligations.

5. Data disclosure.
Personal data will be communicated to our employees, formally assigned to the processing, appropriately trained in data security and within the limits of their respective skills and duties, as well as, in general, to all those public and private entities to which the communication is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the purposes referred to in point 2. And for the proper fulfillment of legal obligations.
The data may also be communicated to external consultants who support us as well as to our insurance company in case of claims.
In any case, the data will not be subject to dissemination or profiling.

6. Data retention.
The personal data acquired are kept for the minimum period prescribed by tax regulations as well as, in any case, for the ordinary statute of limitations of any actions against our company.

7. Rights of the data subject.
As a Data Subject, you may at any time exercise the following rights:

1. a) request confirmation of the existence or non-existence of their personal data and obtain access to the data and information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the storage period (Art. 15, paragraph 1, subparagraph a), b), (c) and (d) of the EU Regulations);
2. c) request and obtain rectification and deletion of data (Articles 16 and 17 of the EU Regulation);
3. d) Request and obtain restriction of processing (Art. 18 of the EU Regulation);
4. (e) to request and obtain -in the case of data processed by automated means- the portability of the data, i.e., to receive them from the data controller, in a structured, commonly used common and machine-readable format, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance (Art. 20 of the EU Regulation);
5. f) object to the processing at any time (Art. 21 of the EU Regulation);
6. g) revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation (Art. 7(3) of the EU Regulation);
7. h) file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Art. 51 of the EU Regulation);
