Whirlpool tub
Lanulfi always stimulated by challenging projects, made the moulds for a complex and generous whirlpool bath.
The customer, in agreement with us, requested FEM simulations because of the complexity of the product shape and the risk of quality problems.
The simulations provide information with good accuracy regarding:
- the thickness of the moulded plastic sheet
- If there is complete contact between the plastic and the mold
- If there are folds.
- The optimal temperature map of the plastic plate.
