Underbody panel mould

Lanulfi has extensive experience in producing molds for the automotive industry, such as underbody panels.

The customer approached Lanulfi to have a single partner for both the mold and its blank with the possibility of testing the blank in house.

The molding mould was made a few weeks before the stamping

Subsequently, after the testing performed of the molds, the stamping die was also tested directly at the Lanulfi plant.

Battery pack casing

Lanulfi has applied its technologies to moulds for making battery pack protection casings for the automotive industry.

The client approached Lanulfi to have a single partner both in the prototype stage and later for the series molds.

The proto mold was made at the end of 2022, with the assistance of our technicians, about 200 pieces were produced

Then after tests were carried out on the samples produced, the final customer made final improvements changes to the product, and after about 10 months, production of the final molds began.
