Underbody panel mold

Lanulfi has extensive experience in the production of molds for the automotive industry, such as underbody panels.

The customer approached Lanulfi to have a single partner for both the mold and its blank with the possibility of testing the blank in house.

The forming mold was made a few weeks before stamping

Then after the testing performed of the forming mold, the stamping die was also tested directly in the Lanulfi plant.

Battery pack casing

Lanulfi has applied its technologies to make molds for the manufacture of battery pack protection casings for the automotive industry.

The customer approached Lanulfi to have a single partner both at the prototype stage and later for the series mold.

The proto mold was made at the end of 2022, with the assistance of our technicians, about 200 pieces were produced

Then after tests were carried out on the samples produced the final customer made the final improvements changes to the product, and after about 10 months production of the final mold began.
