Rotational moulds for floor washers

The client approached Lanulfi for third-party advice to be able to choose the best technology for its product by putting with input:

  • Mechanical features
  • Resistance to low temperatures
  • Annual volumes

Lanulfi guided the client toward choosing the best technology for its product; RIM was chosen for high-end product phasics and rotational for low-end product phasics.

Together we optimized the mathematics to make them suitable for the chosen technology so that we would have moulds that would allow for excellent parts without special rework over the life of the product.
