The project engaged Lanulfi in making crankcases and tanks a 1:1 scale functional model of an industrial floor scrubber to verify product size and functionality before production of the final molds.

Carbon car roof sanding jig

The ever-increasing demand for robotic machining has led to the design of precise and durable jigs, prepared to interface with customer equipment and reduce set-up times.

For this sanding jig, the sample was first analyzed by comparing it with the CAD file to find any differences.

The basement, polyurethane resin supports, and vacuum sealing system were then designed and fabricated

In the first test, bending problems of the component were revealed, so action was taken by adding additional supports and avoiding vibration during sanding

After testing and final approval, the 3d file was sent to the customer to develop a CAM path of the required workings
